This is my very first rallycross race, my first jump in a car.” I’ve never done anything like this before though. “There are some techniques with the drifting and a lot of techniques for circuit racing, which I have done in the past. “It’s a good experience for me,” he continued. While the Supercar Lites machinery may seem an entirely different beast to what he normally is used to, Tsaregradtsev insists there are plenty of similarities he can carry from his ‘day job’. Just as well the Russian racer – who finished runner-up in the inaugural FIA Intercontinental Drifting Cup last year – branded the experience as ‘awesome’! Jumps are the last thing you want to experience when you’re competing in drifting, so when Arkadiy Tsaregradtsev took to Arvika’s crest for the first time in free practice for Supercar Lites it was a big deal. All in all, he is very happy with the weekend and it was great fun to do it together with someone who is trying it out for the very first time. Vasily took 4th place in the final and he can honestly say that he gave it all to be there.

During the qualifying stages, Vasily took 2nd, 3rd and 8th place and got into the semi-final that also led to the final. So it's very hard to compete and you have to push yourself hard.

Vasily Gryazin has noticed that in RallyX Nordic there is a very special style of driving - drivers think less about points and more about finishing first.

Our RX driver Vasily Gryazin joined forces with Arkadiy Tsaregradtsev a very famous drifter, some say a superstar, at this weekends race. For the first time, Sports Racing Technologies had two drivers, two cars - two everything! RallyX Nordic in Arvika this weekend showed our team the best time.
